La banda escocesa The Twilight Sad, llevada por su admiración por The Cure, invitó a su líder, Robert Smith, a que versionara una de sus canciones. Smith aceptó y grabó ‘It Never Was the Same’, canción del último disco de The Twilight Sad, “Nobody Wants to be Here and Nobody Wants to Leave”, de 2014. La grabación de Robert Smith formará parte de un single de doble cara A que también incluirá el tema de The Twilight Sad ‘It Never Was The Same’ y que será lanzado el 14 de junio.
