John Prine anuncia el lanzamiento de su primer disco con canciones nuevas en 13 años: “The Tree Of Forgiveness”, que saldrá a la venta el 13 de abril. En 2005 publicó el disco “Fair & Square”. La nuevas canciones han sido escritas junto a Dan Aurebach, Pat McLaughlin y el ahora presidiario Phil Spector. Las colaboraciones corren a cargo de Jason Isbell, Amanda Shires y Brandi Carlile.
