Para celebrar el 50 aniversario del “Álbum blanco” de los Beatles se anuncia una edición ampliada en varios formatos, que llegará el 9 de noviembre. Ha sido remezclado por el productor Giles Martin (hijo del productor de los Beatles George Martin) y mezclado en audio multicanal 5.1 por Sam Okell. A los 30 cortes del álbum original se le han añadido 27 maquetas acústicas y 50 tomas alternativas, en su mayor parte inéditas. Esta reedición del “Álbum blanco” estará disponible en “Super Deluxe Edition” de 6 CDs más un blu-ray, “Deluxe edition” de 3 CDs o 4 LPs, y doble vinilo.
