La edición 2010 del festival San Miguel Primavera Sound tendrá lugar del 27 al 29 de mayo en el Parc Del Fòrum de Barcelona. Pet Shop Boys, The Charlatans, Wilco, Sunny Day Real Estate, Marc Almond, Gary Numan, The Slits, Broken Social Scene, Florence + The Machine, Roddy Frame y Owen Pallet son algunos de los músicos que acudirán al San Miguel Primavera Sound, en su décimo aniversario.
Durante el festival se proyectará “ODDSAC”, “un cruce entre film y álbum visual que la banda americana Animal Collective ha creado en colaboración con Danny Perez. La proyección significará la premiere de la cinta en nuestro país”.
Como novedad, el festival pone en marcha un área específica para profesionales del ámbito de la música. “El espacio contará con un escenario donde se programarán actuaciones de grupos emergentes con el ánimo de facilitar la difusión de nuevos artistas a discográficas y otras entidades del sector. Estos showcases están dirigidos tanto a profesionales como al público asistente.”
